Gold Loan Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Executive, located in Bhilwara. The Gold Loan Executive will engage in daily operations related to the disbursement and management of gold loans. Responsibilities include evaluating gold for loans, managing customer relationships, ensuring adherence to compliance, verifying documentation, and offering excellent customer service. The executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling gold valuation, loan disbursement processes, and documentation
• Skills in customer relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of compliance, legal requirements, and ethical lending practices in the financial sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a target-driven environment
• Experience in financial services or lending, especially in the gold loan segment, is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital tools is a plus
