Gold loan valuation and Accuracy in valuation of Gold
Net Gold Loan Portfolio addition for the branch
DPD cases resolution & NPA Gold auction
Recovery of spurious/below 18 carat cases
External valuer empanelment
Maker of transactions (Cash, Gold loan, RTGS, NEFT, FT etc.)
CASA & A/C Maintenance NFTR %, discrepancy resolution TAT, Deliverables maintenance
Back up to the Money Officer
Assisting BOSM in Lobby management
IAD & Gold loan rating score
Process & product knowledge, Process adherence
UV verification compliance
Timely reporting of branch issues to concerned verticals and follow up as per escalation matrix
Helping BOSM in Business/ Marketing activities
Business leads generation and closure
Timely submission of Gold loan related documents to CPC post audit
