Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Full Stack Developer to own backend architecture (Go) and frontend delivery (React/TypeScript) for an AI-powered healthcare platform. The role involves building systems that connect voice AI, EHR integrations, and real-time clinical workflows with sub-second latency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend architecture, API design, and database modeling in Go
- Build responsive web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Design real-time systems (Web Sockets, streaming, event-driven)
- Integrate third-party APIs (EHR, telephony, payments, AI services)
- Define coding standards, API contracts, and technical decisions
- Collaborate with leadership on product and engineering strategy
- Mentor developers and ensure code quality.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Go (REST APIs, concurrency, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
- System design and scalable architecture expertise
- Hands-on with GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
Nice to Have
- Healthtech / EHR integration (FHIR/HL7)
- Telephony (Twilio/Vonage)
- Stripe or marketplace payments
- Testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Vitest)
