Technical Lead – Golang | Legacy Modernization | AI-Assisted Engineering
Location: India (Hybrid)
Experience: 7–10 Years
We're looking for a Technical Lead with strong Golang expertise to lead a large-scale legacy modernization initiative involving SQL Server reverse engineering, AI-assisted rule extraction, and modern application development.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang, Goroutines, Channels, Interfaces & Concurrency
- Microservices, REST APIs, Design Patterns & Clean Architecture
- Code Reviews, Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- SQL Server / T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Dynamic SQL, Query Optimization)
- Legacy application modernization & reverse engineering
- Gherkin, User Stories, BRD/PRD, Acceptance Criteria
- AI tools such as Azure OpenAI and GitHub Copilot
- CI/CD, Git, API Design & System Architecture
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team and drive technical delivery.
- Analyze and modernize large T-SQL codebases.
- Extract business rules and generate implementation-ready specifications.
- Build automation using Golang and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Define architecture, review code, and ensure engineering best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare domain (Claims, Prior Authorization, DMEPOS) is a plus.
