Golang/Python Developer

Role: Senior Software Engineer – Go Lang / Python

Experience: 3–5 years

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have 3+ years of hands-on project experience in backend development.

Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and technical leads to understand requirements and convert designs into scalable, production-ready code.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to code quality standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD processes.

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements.

Work in an agile environment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skillset

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (MUST HAVE)

Backend

Go Lang (Golang) – Core packages, concurrency (goroutines, channels), microservices development.

Python – REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI/Django, scripting, backend logic.

RESTful API development

Unit Testing (Go testing framework / PyTest)

Frontend (Basic Working Knowledge Preferred)

ReactJS (or any modern frontend library)

Database

MySQL or any relational database

Good understanding of schema design, query optimization

Technical Skills (NICE TO HAVE)

AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, RDS)

MongoDB

Docker / Kubernetes

Redis

CI/CD pipelines
