Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend development using React and a willingness to work across the backend using Go. The ideal candidate is not limited to a specific technology or layer but is comfortable contributing across the stack and actively participating in technical discussions to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using React for frontend development Design and implement backend services using Go, aligning with current system requirements Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions Build and manage Docker images for application deployment Handle integrations with internal and external systems Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the application stack Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Solid understanding of full stack development concepts Experience with backend development (preferably Go; prior experience in Java/Quarkus is a plus) Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a microservices architecture Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Key Attributes: Proactive and self-driven mindset Adaptable to changing technologies and requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Active participation in discussions with a solution-oriented approach Why Join Us: Opportunity to work across the full technology stack Collaborative and innovation-driven environment Exposure to modern tools and evolving backend technologies like Go Ownership and impact in building scalable solutions
