Key Responsibilities
- Expected to provide design/system solutions to the problems.
- Perform code-review.
- Need to take ownership of features and do/drive its implementation.
- Expected to write production ready code adhering to defined coding best practices.
- Contribute to end-to-end dev stack of the product development.
- Continuous process to identify opportunities to improve system designs, architecture and implementation standards.
Requirements
- Ability to write middleware/plugins, distributed workloads using goroutines.
- Experience with core native packages for API developments.
- Experience in implementing REST APIs.
- Experience in implementing and scaling containerized services.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining golang based server-side applications.
- Knowledge on go based cli tool implementation.
- Knowledge with web frameworks like gin or echo.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure like GCP, AWS, etc.
- Good grasp on data structures best practices and optimization of the code.
- Communication skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive product innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
