The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in computer science, proficiency in Python, Java, or Golang, and hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and database systems.
This role involves working on scalable, maintainable backend systems, participating in code and design reviews, and contributing to architecture discussions. Immediate joiners are preferred.
