Title: Golang Developer (PDE1 and PDE2)

Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru

The Role: A Product Development Engineer (PDE) at client is well-grounded - smart, quality focussed, a product thinker, and definitely a person with good technical knowledge and experience to write quality software. Engineering creates a significant impact across different areas, considering the scale of our software product outreach. You're also expected to influence the culture of the company and help shape it the right way.

Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the feature requirements based on the product spec/business requirements document Understand API specification of Gateways and Banks and close on any clarifications working with Product Manager and Banking solutions Work on the technical specification for the feature development Collaborate with multiple teams if the solution spans different services and understand the functionality of different services Own the complete implementation and testing spanning multiple services and implement changes in different services Write extensible code which would help the customisation done for a Bank/gateway to be extended to other banks/gateways Responsible for adding the necessary tests and alerts needed for the feature developed in the respective service Be part of team Oncall and help resolve production issues

Mandatory Qualifications: 2years of experience in application/web development Good experience in working with GoLang programming language.

Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes is a plus Understand end user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solution Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
