Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram is for a Golang Developer. The Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-performance software and microservices using the Go programming language. The role includes optimizing application performance, debugging technical issues, ensuring the scalability of services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete projects efficiently. This position also involves writing clean, well-documented, and reusable code aligned with technical and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golang and experience in developing APIs and microservices
• Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Golang
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency patterns, and Go routines
• Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
• Problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a proactive team player attitude
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
