Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer who enjoys building reliable, performant systems and clean user-facing experiences. You'll work across the stack, collaborating with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Work with databases to design schemas and write optimized queries
- Debug, test, and improve system performance and reliability
- Collaborate in a Linux-based development environment
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Essential Skills
- Strong proficiency in at least one systems programming language:
- Golang, Rust, Zig, or C
- Solid experience with JavaScript
- Good working knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of CSS and modern web styling practices
Necessary Skills
- Hands-on experience with at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
Desirable Skills
- Regular user of VIM (or similar modal editors)
- Appreciation for efficient tooling and keyboard-driven workflows
Nice to Have (Optional Add-ons)
- Experience with REST APIs or backend services
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Interest in performance optimization and clean architecture
