Role Overview

We're looking for a Backend Developer Intern who will work on building and scaling the core backend systems that power the Truck Hai platform. You will work closely with the tech team to develop robust APIs, manage databases, and build reliable infrastructure using Golang and PostgreSQL.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.

Design and build RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.

Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and performance optimization.

Implement secure authentication, data validation, and error handling.

Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate APIs smoothly.

Debug issues and maintain server-side logs and monitoring.

Participate in backend testing, deployment, and version releases.

What You Bring

Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and backend architecture.

Basic experience with Golang or willingness to learn quickly.

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and server-side development.

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
