You'll close warm leads. No cold calling, no campaigns. Start on weekend getaways, graduate to international (Bali, Bhutan, Dubai → eventually Japan, Europe) as you earn the trust-weight of bigger tickets.

WHERE THIS LEADS

Trainee → Junior Sales Executive → Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Principal Sales Executive (sell flagship trips, report to the founder) or Sales Team Lead → Sales Head. Published bar at every level. No vibes-based promotions.

What You'll Own

  • Hit your monthly seat target — close them with discipline, not pressure.
  • Build trust on every call — answer the unsaid fear behind every question before it's asked.
  • Run a clean CRM — every lead, every note, every follow-up logged. No exceptions.
  • Protect the brand — customer ratings count as much as closes.

YOU'RE A FIT IF

  • 1+ years in inside sales / travel / EdTech / real estate — anything closing-heavy.
  • Fluent English + Hindi. A third Indian language is a real edge.
  • Comfortable on the phone with someone older than your parents — and respected on the call.
  • Number-driven. You check your pipeline at 9pm to know where you'll close from tomorrow.

Who Should Apply

  • 1–3 years of experience selling products or services worth ₹50,000+ over phone.
  • Strong spoken AND written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable speaking with a 55+ age group.
  • Looking for a role where performance directly determines your income.
  • Available to join within 15 days.

Compensation & Role Details

  • Fixed salary: ₹30,000/month (probation) → ₹35,000/month (on confirmation)
  • Total earning potential: Up to ₹10 LPA (fixed + performance incentives)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Bengaluru (remote during probation, office-based after confirmation)
  • Reporting to: Founder / Head of Sales

INCENTIVE BREAKDOWN

Three engines: fixed pay + per-seat incentive + milestone share when trips fill.

  • Fixed pay: Monthly salary that grows with every promotion.
  • Booking incentive: Paid per seat closed. Bigger trips = bigger incentive.
  • Performance multiplier: Your monthly tier multiplies your incentive. Top tier earns multiple times the base.
  • Milestone share: Pool that pays out as trips fill. You win when the trip wins.
  • Strong performers earn meaningfully above the base. Top performers earn well into senior-management territory.
