Ward Support / Assistant Nurse – Kuwait Hospital
Kuwait Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Ward Support / Assistant Nurses to join its healthcare team in Kuwait. This role involves supporting nursing staff in delivering quality patient care, maintaining ward operations, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing staff with routine patient care activities.
- Support patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs.
- Monitor and report patient conditions to supervising nurses.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms and ward areas.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team environment.
- Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare and ward procedures.
