Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vizianagaram, for a GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Engineer. The role involves designing and developing guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for UAVs. Responsibilities include performing vehicle dynamics analysis, developing simulation models, testing and optimizing GNC systems, and contributing to the design and integration of flight control systems. The GNC Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance UAV performance and ensure mission reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in guidance, navigation, and control principles for autonomous systems
• Proficiency in simulation tools and programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python
• Familiarity with vehicle dynamics and aerospace modeling
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and integration of flight control systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities are essential
• Prior experience in UAV development or a similar field is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience
