Job Summary
As part of Accenture's Global Network Retail team, you will work on digital transformation programs for leading global retailers. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation to drive outcomes across e-commerce, loyalty, and customer/marketing analytics. You will partner with clients to design customer-centric digital strategies, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and ensure successful execution by working with cross-functional and technology teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead or support client engagements focused on retail digital transformation, spanning e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer analytics.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, workshops, and benchmarking to shape digital roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions (e.g, Salesforce/Any vendor Loyalty or CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs) or collaborate with technology teams to implement PIM or PoS, DAM solutions (e.g., Stibo, Informatica, Akeneo PIM, XStore, NCR etc, CMS, CDP).
- Drive requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Manage data-driven marketing and analytics projects, enabling personalized campaigns, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement.
- Support business case development, operating model design, and transformation governance.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and asset development in retail digital.
