Job Title: Digital Marketing Analytics Analyst and Consultant - S&C GN Software & Platforms

Management Level: Level 09 - Consultant / Level 11 - Analyst

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Mumbai

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist to help clients optimize digital performance through data-driven insights. In this role, you will evaluate how digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and key user flows perform across web and mobile platforms. You'll deliver reporting and recommendations to improve conversion rates, reduce user drop-offs, and enhance business outcomes for both B2B and B2C clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behaviour and user journey drop-off points across acquisition, conversion, and post-conversion flows
  • Support marketing performance reviews by analyzing channel mix, campaign outcomes, and spend efficiency across paid, organic, and referral channels
  • Identify high-performing content formats, resonating messaging and channel strategies based on business goal metrics
  • Assist in benchmarking campaign performance against industry trends and competitor activities using secondary research and internal data
  • Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and personalization across the user journey.
  • Deliver compelling reports and dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights using visual storytelling to drive alignment and strategic decision-making across stakeholders
  • Monitor business performance metrics (KPIs) and proactively raise issues related to anomalies, crashes, or unexpected drop-offs

Must-have skills:

  • 25 years of experience in digital analytics, performance reporting, or marketing insights roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/ Big Query
  • Preferred experience on tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI, Firebase
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of user funnels across both B2B sales cycles and B2C digital journeys
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to stakeholders

Good-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, or multi-touch attribution models
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixel setup, conversion APIs, and tag management systems.
