We are looking for a GMI L3 Support Engineer to provide application and user support for GMI (FIS), a vendor application used by a leading investment bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 application support and maintenance for the GMI application.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and user queries.
- Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Work with internal teams and the vendor for defect resolution and application stability.
Requirements
- Strong AS/400 (IBM i) technical experience — must have.
- Experience in L3 application support and production troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of application maintenance and incident management.
- GMI / FIS or investment banking experience is an advantage.
- Domain knowledge in investment banking is not mandatory; training will be provided.
