About the Role

We are looking for candidates with experience in GMAT/GRE preparation or aptitude training. You will annotate reasoning chains, detect logical fallacies, evaluate argument structures, and produce clear, correct reasoning paths for standardized test-style datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze arguments, patterns, and logical structures in GMAT/GRE-style questions.
• Annotate reasoning chains, identify fallacies, and validate the correct logical flow.
• Review critical reasoning explanations for clarity and accuracy.
• Break down problems into structured reasoning steps.
• Produce gold-standard solutions and corrected reasoning sequences.
• Ensure consistency in tagging logical structures and argument types.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in GMAT/GRE test preparation, tutoring, or aptitude training.
• Strong ability in pattern recognition, logical structure analysis, and critical reasoning.
• Skilled at identifying flawed assumptions, invalid logic, and reasoning gaps.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and concise logical explanations.
• strong test-prep experience and ability to break down and evaluate logical reasoning structures.
