Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end administrative operations across multiple office locations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to manage large teams, vendors, and infrastructure while ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
Key Result Areas
- Develop and implement standardized administrative policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and consistency across offices.
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and asset management to ensure optimal utilization of workspace and resources.
- Manage office expansions, relocations, and setup of new facilities, fit-outs.
- Manage soft services vendors (housekeeping, security, transport, travel & ticketing, hotel booking etc.) and define specific SLAs.
- Negotiate AMC & Facility contracts and ensure high degree of service quality and cost optimization
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets across locations
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, local regulations,safety, security, and emergency protocols.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for all administrative matters
Incumbent profile:
- Engineer/Ex-Defence personnel preferred.
- 15+ years Corporate Admin & facilities experience, multi-location management, strong leadership, vendor management,excellent communication.
- Event Management exposure.
- MIS/Dashboard/Report creation for management on efficiency index and cost optimization.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20-25 LPA
