Job Description

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to align R&D, ARDL, QA, RA, and Manufacturing for seamless product transfer and commercialization.
  • Define and implement robust Technology Transfer (TT) governance across all formulation categories, focusing on Oral Solids, Oral Liquids, Ophthalmic and any other dosage forms.
    • Ensure all process and product data generated during TT supports regulatory submissions.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements post-commercialization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Technology should have:

    • 20-25 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, Manufacturing, or Technical Operations, with extensive exposure to Technology Transfer and cross-functional leadership.
    • Experience in Oral Solid/Liquid Dosage and Ophthalmic formulations is mandatory.
    • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role interacting with multiple technical and quality functions.
    • Experience in regulated market product transfers (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) preferred.
