Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical operations for real estate projects (planning to handover)
- Oversee design coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization strategies
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and site progress
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, and procurement processes

Eligibility Criteria -
- Education:NICMAR Pass out or BE/ME (Civil) from IIT or Government Engineering Institutes
- 1520+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Sector
- Prior experience in leadership roles (AGM / DGM / GM Technical) preferred
- High-rise ERP Software experience must
