  • Lead the TA function with high impact and visibility
  • Work directly with the CHRO in a highautonomy role

Job Description

  • Lead the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, assessments, hiring, onboarding, integration and probation.
  • Drive fast and highquality hiring for lateral and leadership roles.
  • Build and implement TA strategy, diversified sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strengthen onboarding, integration and probation frameworks to ensure quick productivity and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and track TA dashboards and analytics (time to hire, offer acceptance, early attrition, source effectiveness).
  • Support CHRO on Performance Management, L&D, and Succession Planning as secondary responsibilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with 15 years of experience, including min 10+ years of strong, recent TA expertise in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on, metrics-driven, and execution-focused, with proven ability to hire at speed, drive leadership hiring, manage endtoend TA processes and ensure seamless onboarding and integration while also bringing conceptual or practical exposure to PMS, L&D and Succession Planning.
