Role Purpose

The Strategy & Transformation Leader will spearhead the strategic growth and transformation agenda for the Services business across Greater India. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term roadmap, accelerating recurring revenue streams, and driving digital adoption. Acting as a strategic and execution-focused partner to the Services leadership team, the incumbent will translate ambition into actionable priorities and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities1. Services Growth & Strategy Ownership
  • Co-create and own the Services growth strategy for Greater India, focusing on digital services, recurring revenue, and annuity-based models.
  • Identify priority markets, segments, and offerings to drive sustainable growth.
  • Translate strategic ambition into clear growth themes, initiatives, and milestones.
  • Act as the single point of coherence for Services strategy across all sub-functions.
2. Transformation & Operating Model Enablement
  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across GTM models, offer positioning, pricing, and service operations.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and drive simplification, speed, and scalability.
  • Establish governance, execution cadence, and KPIs to ensure disciplined delivery of transformation priorities.
3. Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Work horizontally across Tendering, Service Sales, Consulting, Offer Marketing, Quality, and Business Development.
  • Influence without authority to ensure shared priorities and outcome ownership.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks that slow growth or innovation.
  • Execute strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Services leadership team.
4. Strategic Planning, Insights & Decision Support
  • Lead market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and customer insight initiatives.
  • Develop strong business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for new services and investments.
  • Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in strategy, transformation, or business leadership roles within Services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital services, recurring revenue models, and GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
