Designation- GM - Project Management

Location - Chennai

Roles and Responsibility:

·       Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.

·       Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely purchasing and vendor management.

·       Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.

·       Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.

·       Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.

·       Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.

·       Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.

·       Build a strong team environment and encourage collaboration.

·       Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana and Kerala).

Qualification:

·       Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil or interior and Architect.

·       Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at a same time and different location.

·       Good communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams at once.

·       Having experience in developing company progress and policies

·       Looking for a candidate who have experience with Corporate / Office Buildings/IT Parks.
