Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the procurement function for all real estate and construction-related

requirements

* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and

budgets

* Manage vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and contractors

* Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment

* Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize cost efficiency

* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

* Lead and mentor the procurement team

Key Requirements:

* 15+ years of procurement experience in real estate/construction (builder/developer

background preferred)

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, supply chain, and vendor networks

* Proven track record in cost savings and contract management

* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
