About the Role

The role is responsible for end-to-end property management, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, optimal occupancy, and efficient building operations. It involves managing tenant relationships, overseeing financial planning and expense control, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and supporting marketing efforts through property tours and promotion of amenities. The objective is to maintain the property's value, minimize risk, and drive long-term occupancy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations

  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term occupancy.

Financial Management

  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Monitor operating expenses

Maintenance & Operations

  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Legal & Compliance

  • Stay updated on zoning laws, building codes, and lease regulations.
  • Manage risk, insurance, and legal disputes.
  • Handle eviction processes when necessary.

Marketing & Occupancy

  • Conduct property tours and highlight amenities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Experience: 10 years + Prior work property management +Certifications: CPM (Certified Property Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.
  • Analytical skills for budgeting and investment planning.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
