Job Description

Lead IT transformation for a cold chain and agri-logistics business
High-visibility IT leadership role with direct Group-level ownership

Job Description

Define and execute the IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP and other enterprise applications
Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilization
Drive process digitisation and re-engineering across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain
Partner with functional leaders to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and turnaround time
Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user systems
Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
Implement cybersecurity and data protection measures in line with regulatory requirements
Design and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Manage technology vendors, system integrators, contracts, and SLAs
Own IT budget planning and cost optimisation initiatives
Lead and mentor a small internal IT team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
Provide regular dashboards and updates to senior management on IT KPIs and transformation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
15+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership exposure
Proven track record in ERP implementations and enterprise-wide digital transformation
Experience in cold chain, agri-business, logistics, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environments
Comfortable operating in a lean IT setup with hands-on accountability
Strong stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills
