- Define and execute a long‑term IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and capacity expansion.
- Lead governance, policies, SOPs, BCP and DR frameworks across corporate and manufacturing locations.
- Own enterprise‑wide strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Business Central ERP, including enhancements, integrations, and user adoption.
- Align ERP processes with process manufacturing requirements such as BOM/recipe management, batch processing, quality, compliance, and traceability.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), cybersecurity tools, backups, VOIP, and end‑user computing.
- Drive deployment and integration of plant IT systems, including shop‑floor interfaces, weighbridge integration, barcode/RFID solutions, and production & dispatch systems.
- Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity framework, conduct audits and risk assessments, and support regulatory and ISO compliance.
- Identify and implement automation and digitalisation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and sales.
- Build, mentor, and manage IT teams across locations; manage budgets, vendors, and SLAs with strong governance and accountability.
- Maintain regular on‑site engagement with a key manufacturing plant in Western India.
- 18+ years of progressive IT leadership experience within process manufacturing environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar manufacturing ERPs.
- Proven exposure to plant IT operations, ERP‑driven manufacturing processes, and multi‑location IT landscapes.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Background in chemicals, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or related process manufacturing industries preferred.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
