GM Facilities Operations

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Job description:

Candidate should have minimum 15-20 years experience in Facility Management only.

Must have experience facilities operations

Qualification required is BE/B.Tech EEE with Computer Skills, Soft service knowledge.

Good communication skills in English and Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel). checklist , MMR report , MIS report Preparation.

Must have the Technical Knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, Swimming pool maintenance.

Need an operations manager who can play a key part of a management team and oversees:

high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures

Should also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

Must have 2 wheeler with licence.

Should be located 10km in and around Vajrahalli off Kanakapura road.
