Job Description
- Ensure completion of jobs as per schedule.
- Ensure timely completion of Civil and Infra Work which will facilitate BMC / TMC Approvals and possession of flats.
- Issue of drawings to contractor after cross checking.
- Certify and arrange to submit material indents to Procurement Executive for procurement of material.
- Ensure that the construction of buildings is as per BMC / TMC approvals.
- Certification of contractor's bills.
- Obtaining all type of guarantees from contractors.
- Approval of the modification requisition received from sales.
- Ensure the quality of material, workmanship, and mix.
- PR, Liaising, and entertaining government officials, who visit the site.
- Ensure the co-ordination and co-operation among all departments working at the site.
- Ensure the co-ordination and co-operation among all departments working at the site.
- Submitting Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Monitor ERP related entries for the construction activities.
- Prepare and submit MIS Reports with due authorization to management on construction progress.
- Conduct meetings with the contractor for review of quality, production, and control of wastage.
- Conduct meetings with consultants and architects for obtaining the designs and details along with the Planning Manager. Obtaining their approval for all the work carried out.
- Approval of all Invoices and vouchers.
- Co-ordinate with inter-department of Company for activities related to construction.
- Ensure all services are laid well in advance to avoid delay.
- To Comply all I.O.D. Conditions before start of work.
- Motivate and guide staff and contractors to function unitedly as a team and effectively to deliver the project.
- Ensure smooth running of Project.
- Collecting execution reports / information from the colleagues and admin team at Project and Sales Office
- Address and Redress all the critical issues at site.
