Experience: 12–15 years

Qualification:

Postgraduate in Marketing/Advertising or Mass Communication or any courses done related to Integrated Communication.

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior professional to lead Client Servicing and Business Development for our Government and PSU business. The person should have strong experience in handling government clients, winning new business and managing large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and grow relationships with Government Ministries, Departments and PSUs.
• Lead business development and new client acquisition in the government sector.
• Have strong experience in government tenders, RFPs, proposals and bidding.
• Manage key government accounts and ensure smooth client servicing.
• Lead and manage teams across different domains.
• Take ownership of business targets, revenue and P&L.
• Identify opportunities for new projects across Digital, Social Media, Branding, Events an Communications.
• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, digital and execution teams to deliver projects.
• Build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers.

What We Are Looking For:

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in advertising, communications, MarCom, events or integrated agencies.
• Must have strong Government/PSU experience.
• Strong understanding of government business development and tendering.
• Experience in key account management and team leadership.
• Should have handled large accounts/business portfolios and preferably have P&L experience.
• Good understanding of digital, social media and integrated communication.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
