  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GM/AVP/VP Sales to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 14-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
