Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GM/AVP/VP Sales to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff.
Skills and Qualifications
14-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
