Summary: Responsible for Project proposal, Tendering and Bidding for Process Plant, Refinery, Fertilizer and Petrochemical Projects of Oil & Gas.
Education : BE/B. Tech/ M. Tech (Mech)
Experience: 20 years experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities for submission of proposal with a view to enhance order book of the division at prices that would keep the division in good financial health and on sustained growth path.
- To obtain the project data, tender documents, tender enquiries etc. and prepare synopsis of project/tenders covering salient features of scope of work, commercial conditions.
- Identify exeuction risks, mitigation measures, analysis of competition for circulation to senior management.
- Preparation of cost estimates for such projects to be bid after carrying out optimization analysis wherever optional methodologies are available in execution of certain activities or in strategy.
- Timely, comprehensively and correctly preparation of techno commercial offers in response to tenders and promptly submit response to queries thereon after compiling complete information from various departments.
- Reviewing budgets prepared by various project execution groups (in case of award of contracts against the bids, highlighting comparison of assumptions at bid stage and those in budget.
- Prepare PQ docs for domestic/International Bids
- Prepare tech bid documents for domestic/international bids
- To support in compiling Price Bid of domestic and international bids
- Submit PQ & Tender (Bid) for domestic /International tender
- E-Tendering of all the bids
- Registration with consultants & organization
- To obtain quotes for bought out items/capturing procurement data and incorporating in cost estimates.
- To supervise & monitor tendering department
