Role & responsibilities
- Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for Business Development of Pharma formulation covering CIS countries like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus.
- Create impact full communication and Campaign to build brand and therapies in the division for CIS Markets.
- Candidate will Research new opportunities and manage the company's entry and development strategy.
- You will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets preparing marketing plan and budget pricing policy in product development and achieving market. objective of the territory.
- Candidate will responsible to promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- You will train field force and coach guide and developed the group of brand managers in his her team and analyse market conditions and forecast Sales and Market share.
- Candidate will be arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Candidate have to travel to these countries to identify and make relations with distributors.
Preferred candidate profile
- B Pharma or B.Sc. and MBA in marketing 15 years marketing and business development of Pharma formulations covering CIS market.
- You should be good in understanding of the CIS pharma markets.
- Candidate should be also good in preparing and implementing strategies making presentation and periodic reports.
- Candidate should be fluent in Russian language.
- Candidate should have good experience and functional and technical knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
