Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Glovia ERP implementation/support
• Good knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and integration concepts with Glovia
• Experience in ERP lifecycle and change management

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Glovia ERP modules based on business requirements
• Provide end-to-end consulting services including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with SAP consultants to facilitate seamless integration between Glovia and SAP systems
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Glovia ERP functionality and SAP integration
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation
• Participate in business process reviews and identify enhancement opportunities
