Capital Management is part of State Street's Global Treasury division. Principal responsibilities of the Capital Management team include developing and maintaining State Street's corporate Capital Policy, Capital Guidelines, and Board-approved Capital Plan end-to-end program management for the Federal Reserve's annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) contributing capital-related content to State Street's Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) activities interpreting and developing strategies for new and pending capital related regulatory requirements optimizing our capital structure globally managing capital issuance monitoring and reporting on parent company liquidity position actively contributing to the corporate forecast, strategy and budget cycles managing our rating agency relationships allocating capital to business units and overseeing non-US capital management activities.
This position will primarily support the ongoing management of State Street's capital adequacy, while also supporting Recovery and Resolution Planning initiatives and global capital management activities.
