You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Sales Support for Global Strategic Relationships. You have found the right team.

As a Sales Support Lead within our Global Strategic Relationships (GSR) Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will help drive the growth and strategic engagement with top-tier intermediary clients across APAC. Leverage your expertise in client relationship management, product strategy, and investment solutions to build partnerships, deliver innovative initiatives, and represent key regional priorities.You will be responsible to provide a fully integrated center of relationship intelligence, connecting all touch points across the client lifecycle - to help drive sales performance and deliver a purposeful client experience.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build and grow relationships with senior decision-makers and product research teams of key regional intermediaries.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports, including DDQs, RFPs, pitchbooks, and presentations.
  • Create sales-related materials for internal and external use, such as proposals and pitchbooks.
  • Drive initiatives and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Handle requests and respond to enquiries from clients and business partners.
  • Support GSR Client Advisors in all aspects of sales efforts and relationship management.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners on system enhancements and compliance projects.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of client and business events.
  • Review and identify opportunities to streamline sales and operational processes.
  • Gather information on emerging trends within the financial intermediaries community.
  • Maintain client information in internal databases and document sales activity for compliance.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • Hold a university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit adaptability, fast learning, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Show exceptional follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Possess a global mindset and identify synergies with global counterparts.
  • Work effectively as a team player, communicator, and problem solver.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • Bring experience in mutual fund product management.
  • Hold a professional qualification such as CFA charter holder.
