Role: Global Staffing BDM – Sales

A Global Staffing BDM – Sales is responsible for winning new clients internationally for staffing services such as IT staffing, contract staffing, RPO, permanent hiring, and offshore/onshore models. The role is revenue-focused and relationship-driven.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development (Core Focus)
- Identify and acquire new global clients (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
- Sell: IT Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, MSP / RPO services, Offshore & Nearshore staffing models
- Generate leads via: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email & cold calling, Partner networks, Vendor portals & MSPs
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with: Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, MSP/VMS stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact for accounts - Handle negotiations, commercial terms, and rate cards
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Prepare: Account plans, Market-entry strategies for new regions
- Upsell and cross-sell staffing offerings, Meet / exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
4. Coordination with Delivery Team
- Work with recruiters to: Share job requirements, Close positions faster
- Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction, Manage SLAs and escalations
- Key Markets Typically Handled: USA (W2, C2C, 1099), Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sales & Business Skills
- 8+ years in global staffing sales
- Proven US / international client acquisition experience
- Existing client network (big plus)
- Comfortable with night shifts for US markets (if India-based)
- B2B consultative selling
- Contract & pricing negotiation
- Closing enterprise deals
- Pipeline & CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Staffing Knowledge
- IT skill stacks (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, AI, ERP, Cybersecurity)
- Staffing models (Contract, Perm, RPO, Offshore)
- Visa basics (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC – for US staffing)
- Strong communication & presentation
- Confidence with CXO-level stakeholders
