As we expand our product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities, this role will be central to building a strong, diversified and globally competitive sourcing ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional to manage and expand our manufacturing ecosystem across India, China and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new manufacturers
• Develop new products from concept to mass production
• Reduce costs across the existing product range
• Manage RFQs, sampling, moulds, costing, negotiations, QC and production
• Build alternate supplier bases and improve sourcing efficiency
• Manage end-to-end sourcing operations

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing / procurement / product development
• Strong experience working directly with manufacturers
• Experience in India and/or China sourcing
• Strong negotiation and product-costing skills
• Proven new product development experience

• Experience in glassware, borosilicate, kitchenware, drinkware, tableware or homeware
• Existing supplier network in India / China
• Mandarin / Chinese language knowledge is a plus

This is a hands-on execution role — finding factories, developing products, reducing costs and ensuring successful production.
