TikTok Pangle is TikTok's exclusive Ad Network, currently available in nearly 50 markets. TikTok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond TikTok by accessing top local publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions.TikTok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.

The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, TikTok product pillar counterparts, and Pangle headquarters product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Own the Go-To-Market Strategy to drive overall adoption of Smart+ auto-placement and unlock scalable business growth.
- Design, manage, and execute Pangle GTM programs in collaboration with HQ and regional teams, ensuring successful and sustainable scaling of Smart+auto-placement across all Pangle markets.
- Develop compelling, audience-centric product marketing content and data insights to strengthen sales effectiveness and build advertiser confidence in adopting Smart+auto-placement solutions
- Monitor and report ongoing progress and business impact to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and recommend improvements in close partnership with HQ vertical and regional teams.
- Lead and drive product marketing initiative on TikTok Ad Network Placement module iterations, partnering closely with the platform product team to shape strategy, inform roadmap decisions, and ensure successful product rollout.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 3 years of experience in the internet industry, preferably with experience in product marketing or strategy operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. This role has a global scope supporting all Pangle markets, including the China Outbound (CNOB) business. It requires frequent coordination with external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. Mandarin proficiency is therefore essential to ensure effective communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong research, data analysis and problem solving skills, with customer centric mindset.
- Solid project management skills with proven success driving complex and multi-stakeholders programs independently or with limited guidance.
- Strong sense of ownership in identifying business opportunities and drive realization.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across timezones
- Team player, think strategically and act tactically
