Global SOC Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SOC Analyst with 7+ years of experience in global security operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, strong incident response capabilities, and deep familiarity with Splunk for threat detection and analysis. This role requires proactive monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to security events to ensure enterprise-wide cyber defense.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber security threats and incidents within a Global Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Conduct log analysis, threat hunting, and real-time monitoring using Splunk and other SIEM tools
• Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, recovery, and reporting
• Analyze alerts and security incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and ensure consistent application of security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with IT, network, and application teams to address vulnerabilities and reduce risk exposure
• Generate incident reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) roles
• Proven experience working in a global SOC environment
• Expertise in Splunk for log management, correlation, and alerting
• Strong knowledge of incident response processes and frameworks
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
