Directed the development, tuning, and governance of GSOC detection use cases to improve threat detection accuracy, minimize false positives, and address evolving cyber threats.
Managed cross-functional cybersecurity programs from planning through delivery, ensuring timely milestone achievement, effective risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Defined and monitored operational KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics to measure operational health, support risk-based decision-making, and provide executive-level reporting.
Collaborated with cybersecurity, risk, and control teams to coordinate remediation activities, track issue resolution, and strengthen service delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with equivalent professional experience considered.
10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security service delivery, program management, or risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong hands-on expertise in GSOC operations, including log ingestion, SIEM platforms, use case development, threat detection, and incident response processes.
Proven track record in strategic planning, end-to-end program execution, governance, and executive-level reporting.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, including the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex operational and security challenges.
Experience designing dashboards, developing KPIs, and producing trend analysis and management reports to support informed decision-making.
Skilled in preparing executive briefings, coordinating program logistics, and driving collaboration across global cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and technology-driven innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
