Global Service Logistics Analyst

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring inventory stocking levels are met across Global depot network


• Assist in the daily RMA Fulfillment within the ERP and CRM systems


• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements


• Plan and implement reverse logistics supply chain optimization projects


• Help foster trusting relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders


• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective system enhancements and automation


• Process Vendor RMAs for critical part replacement


• Driving Asset Recovery management related to defective part returns


• Provide logistics escalation support to the Customer Support Organization
