Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Global Intern to identify, engage, and onboard qualified associates, consultants, and industry professionals to our network. The role requires excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential associates and industry professionals through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals and associates.

• Engage with potential associates and understand their professional background and interests.

• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with network members.

• Present and explain the company's services and value proposition to potential associates.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and identify suitable professionals.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.

• Achieve assigned business development and networking targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or currently pursuing graduation.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, and online networking tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
