Job Description: Global Business Partner Manager (International Expansion)

Rrayze is a business consulting firm with presence across 28+ countries, offering services in Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Startup Funding, and Compliance. We support clients in scaling their operations globally by connecting them with the right partners and service providers.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who will act as a bridge between our clients and global partners, helping businesses expand internationally by identifying, connecting, and managing partners across different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard global partners (finance, compliance, legal, etc.) based on client requirements
  • Conduct market research using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and other professional networks
  • Evaluate and shortlist partners based on capabilities and service offerings
  • Coordinate with international partners and clients across different time zones
  • Manage end-to-end communication between client and partner
  • Negotiate commercials and finalize cost-effective deals
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and partner database
  • Ensure smooth execution of client requirements related to compliance and business setup
  • Handle Team of Global executives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B coordination / client handling / vendor management / business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working with international clients and flexible timings
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar
