The Global Sales Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading the sales order bookings & consumables quoting functionacross Europe and North America. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of global support sales orders, directly enabling timely revenue recognition and on-time customer quotes in line with defined Turnaround Times. This role drives significant organizational impact by enforcing TAT adherence and quality standards at scale, reducing revenue leakage, operational risk, and downstream escalations across global sales and finance teams.
