Job Description

Main Objective

  • This role will serve as the global lead for the Operations & Support Services Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Requisition to Pay (R2P) function. This role will drive collaboration across users, suppliers, Sector Procurement and R2P service delivery teams to help execute and enable Pepsis service delivery strategy.
  • This role will manage 5 Global CoE leads under R2P global service delivery team: 1) Compliance & Governance Lead, 2)Reporting & Analytics Lead, 3) User Enablement Lead, 4) Supplier Enablement Lead 5) Content Enablement Lead.

Purpose

  • Future State Optimization in driving continuous benefits, focusing on full integration into R2P Design and by accelerating E2E capability creation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the R2P CoE team leads, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including Global R2P GCC leadership, to ensure that operational support initiatives meet the R2P business needs
  • Work closely with R2P Service delivery leads, ensuring consistency of service, fostering sharing of best practices between sectors and driving towards global harmonized processes and ways of working

  • Global R2P covering all markets supported by all GCCs

Responsibilities

StrategicOversight of Operations

  • Define the vision and strategic direction for R2POperations & Support Center of Excellence.
  • Establish and oversee governance of R2P CoE to effectively support and enable both internal & external users on PepsiCos R2P processesand systems.
  • Drive operational excellenceleading global R2P CoE teams including:Governance, Reporting & Analytics, User Enablement, Supplier Enablement, Supplier Master Data Management, Help Desk, R2P Knowledge Management, R2P Technology Management.
  • Coordinate with R2P Process Owners to drive initiatives with the broader Global R2P operational objectives and the organization's strategy.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Foster a culture of leadership development through training and mentorship opportunities for team leadsacross R2P support services.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among operational teams to enhance skills and capabilities specific to R2P processes and best practices.
  • Serve as escalation point and facilitatedecision-making processes for R2P CoE operations.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build and manage relationships with Global R2P Global Capability Center (GCC) leadership,regional center leads, and across functions (such as Global Procurement, Data Management Office, Controls).
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback on supplier, user, and content enablement efforts, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Manage integration points across R2P CoE teams and R2P internal/external stakeholders, including R2P GCC Delivery Leads and R2P Digital Enablement teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the governanceand implementation ofprocess/procedures/system enhancements in collaboration with R2P CoE team leads.
  • Drive service quality and continuous improvement initiatives across R2P CoEsto drive efficiency and effectiveness supporting R2P Operations while addressing R2P internal and external stakeholder needs
  • Drive the digital agenda by ensuring that automation, standardization and simplification are implemented across R2P CoEs
  • Design, implement, and maintain process improvement initiatives to simplify ways of working, minimize redundancy and manual repetitive tasks and manage more effectively our resources (time, peoples, budget, tools).
  • Transformational mindset and work with the entire organization for change management, technology deployment and process control.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Design and drive common Performance Management & Reporting framework for R2P to ensure consistent SLA and KPI reporting across the entire function.
  • Present data insights, findings, and recommendations to R2P GCC leadership and functionalstakeholdersto improve operational efficiency, value leakage reduction, and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) or adjacent business process within procurement domain [track record in procurement function is a must]
  • Deep understanding ofrequisition-to-payprocesses in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SerivceNOW, SAP, Ariba)
  • Experience leading global shared services and global business services (GBS) teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements within Procurement operations
  • Proven track-record of working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Data driven, results oriented, and transformational strategic mindset
