Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai as a Global Property Consultant. The role involves providing expert consultation and guidance to clients regarding student accommodation options. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property selection, facilitating the booking process, offering excellent customer service, and supporting clients with their housing-related requirements. You will use your expertise to build customer relationships, identify client needs, and contribute to achieving sales goals in alignment with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate to guide clients effectively on accommodation options.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities to establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales abilities to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Previous experience in property consulting or the student accommodation sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
