What You'll Do
The Product Analyst is a key role within Teaming@BCG Agile squad
You will collaborate with the Product Owner, squad members, and key stakeholders to ensure user stories, requirements, and solution designs meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
You will work with complex and sometimes ambiguous requirements-bringing clarity, analysing impacts, and recommending feasible solution options.
You will support backlog refinement by partnering closely with the Product Owner to translate business goals into initiatives, epics, and detailed user stories.
You will coordinate with internal and external partners, vendors, cross-functional HR teams, and other product squads to ensure seamless delivery across dependencies.
You will manage and support SaaS applications, Integration, including configuration, enhancement requests, functional troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations.
You will provide high-quality end-user support across queries, data requests, training needs, and recurring operational issues proactively identifying opportunities to automate or improve processes.
You will participate in sprint ceremonies and drive discussions or working sessions to capture outcomes, decisions, and next steps.
You will explore and experiment with no-code/low-code tools, databases, and BI platforms to design innovative solutions and deliver value faster.
You will partner with Change & Release teams to prepare supporting documentation, communicate changes, and ensure readiness for deployments.
